Hello,
Just a little bit about myself... 
I love art, and basically anything to do with creating something amazing from nothing. I wanted to become an architect so I went to University and finished studies in 3 Dimensional Product Design & Multimedia. Then eventually finding myself on a different path working for my father at a company called Yenmart Pastry Art as a pastry chef. 5 years later I have completed a 3 year apprenticeship and am now married. 
I don’t consider myself a pastry chef though, instead an artist caught up in the pastry world. It works out well because I help to create hundreds of amazing wedding & birthday cakes every year and still get to be artistic.
I have entered numourous culinary competitions and each time have received Gold with Distinction Awards in pastry.

Drawing has always been one of my favorite forms of art and I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. Although pencils are my favorite medium, I also enjoy oil painting and sculpting.
